Sunscreen Ingredients Continued

It is a requirement in Australia that all active ingredients are listed on labels, enabling the consumer to make an informed decision.

At present there are no requirements to state the size of the particles, as there is no evidence to suggest nanoparticles are unsafe in sunscreen.
Nanoparticles have been present in sunscreen since 1990 and current evidence identifies that the particles stay on the surface.
